Milton’s New Stormwater Utility bills were mailed on February 17th. The Stormwater Utility Enterprise was created by Town Meeting in February, 2016. The Stormwater Regulations Fee Structure were created by the Board of Selectmen in July, 2016. These efforts were concluded after several series of Public Hearings and several years of effort.
