Stressed out on the job? We’re here to help.
There will be a 2-part career series this winter which continues to build on our previous offerings by recruiting professional Gary Gekow. The first career workshop will be held on Tuesday, January 24th from 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. and the topic is “Managing Job Stress.” Securing new employment is no small task. Whether someone is out of work or unhappy in their existing job, the process of finding a new opportunity is a challenging series of interrelated steps. Navigating through this process can be a difficult proposition. We will discuss various methods to help manage it all, so come join us. No sign-up is required. Mr. Gekow is very helpful in all aspects of the job search and has many years of experience and knowledge. Don’t miss this valuable presentation and discussion, as it will be very interactive with those who attend and of great benefit to all.
All programs are sponsored by the Friends of the Milton Public Library, and are free and open to the public. They’re held in the lower level Keys Community Room, unless otherwise noted, and the library is located at 476 Canton Avenue, Milton.
