The Massachusetts Marijuana Legalization Initiative, also known as Question 4 is on the November 8, 2016, ballot in Massachusetts as an indirect initiated state statute. This poll will close on October 31.

What does my vote mean?

YES

A “yes” vote supports this proposal to legalize marijuana, but regulate it similar to alcoholic beverages.

NO

A “no” vote opposes this proposal to legalize recreational marijuana, keeping only medical marijuana legal
