A Room with a view: Rooftop dining at its best

The Friends of the Blue Hills is raffling off a once-in-a-lifetime dinner for six at the top of the Blue Hill Observatory, the oldest continually operating weather observatory in the country. The winner will enjoy breathtaking views of the Boston skyline and the ocean while dining on an elegant meal provided by Cypress Catering, the sister company of popular Milton restaurants Abby Park and Novara. Be Our Guest rental company will provide stylish china for the meal. The value of the prize is over $1,000.

Tickets for the raffle are $15 each or 3/$35 and can be purchased at www.FriendsoftheBlueHills.org/raffle2016. The drawing will be held at the organization’s Annual Celebration on Thursday, October 6, but you need not be present to win.
