Public Notices: NSTAR Electric Public Hearing, August 17

In conformity with the requirements of Section 22 of Chapter 166 of the General Laws (Ter.Ed), you are hereby notified that a Public Hearing will be held by the Town Administrator of the Town of Milton, Massachusetts at the Town Office Building, 525 Canton Avenue, on Wednesday, August 17, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. upon the petition of NSTAR Electric Company, d/b/a/ Eversource Energy, requesting a grant of location to install approximately seven (7) feet of conduit on Pleasant Street, Milton, MA for the purpose of providing a new underground service to a new residential development located at 33-41 Pleasant Street, Milton, MA. Pleasant Street – Southeasterly approximately 346 feet northeast of Randolph Avenue – a distance of 7 feet of conduit at P90/4.
