Milton water system to be tested

On Wednesday, August 24, 2016 the Milton Water Department will be conducting exercises on the High Pressure portion of the water system. During this time there is a remote possibility that some customers in the below listed neighborhoods might experience some rusty water and/or some slight reduction or slight increase in pressure. At no time will any customer be without water.

Neighborhoods with possible short term impacts:

• Hillside
• Forest
• Blue Hill River Road
• Adrian
• Eileen
• Siler Brook
• Carisbrooke
• Harland

Please check your water for the presence of rust before doing laundry, cooking, or consuming. If only slight color of rust appears, simply run the water until clear.
