Milton Special Education Parent Advisory Council (Milton SEPAC) to hold meeting May 17

7-9 p.m., Glover Library

The Milton SEPAC encourages all parents of children with special needs to join us on Tuesday, May 17 at the Glover Library from 7-9pm. We’ll update you on the progress made working with MPS district as well as our own restructuring efforts to better support you.

MPS Administrator of Pupil Personnel Tracy Grandeau will outline changes being made in the district to better support students with special needs, including organizational structures, programs/services, inclusion and consistency of practices across the district.

You’ll have the opportunity to tell us what issues are important to you, which will help us plan for next year’s parent workshops as well as identify district priorities in working with MPS administration. Your input is essential to effectively advise and advocate for students with special needs! We’ll also outline how you may get more involved so we continue to serve as a proactive voice for the special needs community.
