The Milton Substance Abuse Prevention Coalition is a group of Milton residents, professionals, and town officials working together to prevent substance abuse in our community, especially amongst our youth.

To help the coalition understand what strategies would work best to keep our children healthy and safe, the MSAPC is asking that Milton parents and guardians of 6th-12th graders—whether attending public or private school– complete an ANONYMOUS PARENT SURVEY. It will take about ten minutes to complete. The overall results will be shared with the community in the coming months.  Please visit www.milton-coalition.org to access the and forward it to your neighbors and friends who are parents in Milton.

The more parents that participate, the more useful the results will be. They appreciate your honest participation.

Any questions should be directed to Caroline Kinsella, Milton Health Department at [email protected].

The survey closes April 10, 2016.
