Winter town meeting to take place in Milton

The Board of Selectmen has set a Special Town Meeting for Monday, February 8, 2016 at 7:30 p.m. at Milton High School Auditorium.

The Warrant containing the articles will be mailed to your the homes of Milton residents 14 days prior to Special Town Meeting.

Expected warrant articles include:

  • a correction of an error in an article related to Thayer Nursery, previously passed by Town meeting
  • an article related to the Ice House property proposal
  • an article related to new EPA requirements for stormwater that are expected to cost the town $500k in the next fiscal year.
