A Design Public Hearing will be held by MassDOT to discuss the proposed East Milton Square Reconstruction Project in Milton.
Neighbors! We all have strong opinions about traffic in the square. Now is your chance to hear what MassDOT is planning and to express your opinions and suggestions. Please plan on attending the MassDOT meeting in September.
The East Milton Neighborhood Association (EMNA) encourages all EMNA members and Milton neighbors to attend this public hearing and to express their opinion about the proposed parking lot over the 93 overpass.
The EMNA urges the town to expedite the installation of the timed lights and other features that are reported to increase vehicle and pedestrian safety in this area.
Also, the EMNA requests that the town conduct a traffic study of neighboring streets on both sides of the highway to identify, confirm, and advise solutions for known safety and traffic issues in this area.
