Nestled within the luxury condominiums on Wharf Street in Milton is 88 Wharf, a restaurant that combines a serene, Neponset River atmosphere with twists on American cuisine and cocktails.

After several changes in management, 88 Wharf extended its patio dining experience, adding gardens and more seating.

“It’s the perfect setting for outdoor dining,” Brian Ross, a co-owner, said.The restaurant’s patio, surrounded with flowers and small trees, has a position on the river that makes eagle sightings common, Ross said.

Next year, the restaurant plans to add herb gardens, which will contribute directly to the dishes served, Ross said.
