Representatives of Patriot Properties Inc. are in the process of inspecting all properties in Milton. The Board of Assessors has contracted with the Massachusetts firm to inspect all classes of property required by statute, and to be completed later this year.

As a part of this revaluation cycle, the Department of Revenue requires that all properties be visited and reviewed for accuracy. The town has been required to conduct a full revaluation every three years since 1982 with town wide inspections required every nine or ten years.

Patriot personnel will be carrying Patriot Properties identification cards and a letter of introduction from the Board of Assessors. The Board would like to thank you for your cooperation in this effort.
