Blue Hills Regional Technical School is accepting applications for residential additions, alterations and repairs.
Applicants must have lived and owned property for at least five years in Avon, Braintree, Canton, Dedham, Holbrook, Milton, Norwood, Randolph or Westwood.
Students in the construction technology program work on the projects under the direction of a licensed carpentry instructor. Jobs are priced at 25 percent above the cost of materials.
There is a non-refundable application fee of $250 that may be applied to future applications over the next four years. Property owners are responsible for financing, architectural plans and permits.
